This is the best time to have sex according to science

Might be a good idea to call your boss to tell him you're going to be a bit late for work tomorrow.

We are all trapped in this rat race called life. Sometimes it's difficult enough to take enough time for a proper meal, not to mention some quality time with your partner in the bedroom. So when is the best time to curl up with someone beneath the sheets?

Early morning: 07.00 - 10.00

Most men wake up every morning with a little guy saying hello in their underwear. It seems like a good idea to take advantage of this. According to Dr. Fisch, having sex after a good night's sleep is actually great for men: "That’s when testosterone levels peak. When a man has higher testosterone and is well-rested, he has more energy during sex. That energy will help him last longer.”
Last longer sounds good to me. The extra time will make sure you and your partner have enough time to please each other, and take time to enjoy your love making. It's a great way to reaffirm your bond as well. Another reason why morning sex is good for you is the added bonus of the rush of endorphins which will decrease stress. Now that sounds like a good way to start a long day's work.
If you need another reason: "morning sex can strengthen your immune system for the day by enhancing your levels of IgA, an antibody that protects against infection. And climaxing releases chemicals that boost levels of oestrogen and testosterone, which improves the tone and texture of your skin and hair.”

Well so far morning sex has three great points in its favour.

Afternoon: 12.00 - 15.00

If you didn't have a nice morning wake up call in the form of sex, you might try the afternoon. If you have an especially demanding job, highly stressful, then getting in some afternoon delight might be just the trick to get through the day.
As we've said before, sex is a great way to relieve stress and lower blood pressure. According to Dr. Joseph J. Pinzone: "There have been many studies. One landmark study found that sexual intercourse specifically (not masturbation) lowered systolic blood pressure." Sex is also good for your heart. It helps keep your oestrogen and testosterone levels in balance. According to Dr. Pinzone: “When either one of those is low you begin to get lots of problems, like osteoporosis and even heart disease.” Having sex regularly will help keep your heart healthy.
So instead of getting some lunch, you might fit in a quickie during your lunchbreak.

Evening: 20.00 - 23.00

This seems like the ideal time to have sex. You haven't got any obligations, work is done, now it's time to play. Having sex right before bed is great way to relax and make sure you get a good night's sleep. After you've had sex, your body releases oxytocin and endorphins that will give you that lovely sated feeling, but they also have a sedative effect. You'll be in just the right state to catch a few winks.
Yet, in the evening is also the time of day that we are often the most tired. I know I am. When you are tired, sex will be the last thing on your mind. It'll also be harder to go the long run, as your body is just running on empty. However, a nice quickie never hurt anyone. Who says sex always has to be a marathon session?
